  This was the 4th visit, not counting one no show, for Sears to attempt to fix the same problem. One of Sears Master Protection Agreement promises is it that "We'll fix it on our first visit". This is unacceptable! Sears' customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Will never purchase another item at Sears.
