  Came home to find meals not served, dirty dishes in sink, TV remote and water glass on coffee table where she sat instead of being with my brother. His bathroom trash untouched also. Medication found stashed in his sofa so he was not watched when given. Their answer when I called for an explanation was that the caregiver just lost a patient and was having a bad few days. Unacceptable.
