  This is Jorge Mejia and im only giving them the one start because their staff are really friendly, other than that i had a bad experience working with this company. Requested a car insurance quote online and received a call the same day from Justin! He gaved me a quote over the phone and i thought it was a good deal. I went ahead and went to their office on 1486 W 11th St Ste 229 Tracy CA 95376. Deal closed on December 2016 with a monthly payment of $150some dollar which was supposed to be deducted from my bank account as we set up auto payment. On February 2017 i received a cancellation letter from state farm stating they had not yet received my peyment! I went to their office and to seek for understanding and they stated they DID NOT HAD THE AUTO PAY FORM I HAD SIGNED! also, my payment was now $260 for "3months" then it was going to reduce to "$218" because they had removed 2 "discounts" i was originally given! I was not aware of this discount! My insurance was cancelled that same day i went to their office so i had no other choice but to pay the $260 right there and then! For the month of March 2017, my payment was now $320!!! Today, March 10, 2017 i called their office to cancel my premium just to find out that they had already deducted the $320 from my account without my authorization!!!! Since "they did not had they auto pay form i had signed" as i was told the previous month!! Really desapointed! They also helped me refinance my car, Justin also helped me with the process and he made it very easy! He told me he was pushing back my first payment so i could skip one payment and "save money"!!! The date he told me i had to make my first payment was not the date the bank gave me! I had to visit them and ask what was going on and i was an hour away from missing my first payment! Both times i visit their office they had me go back home saying justin would call me back! He never did!! Great people but lack of work ethic and professionalism! Would not recommend!!!
