  This is the first time using this company due to my landlord's home warranty & I have to say that I am not impressed one bit!
  
  Marilyn (the appointment setter) is very friendly but doesn't quite understand the concept that the technician is assigned to diagnose a repair, order parts, & then go back to complete the repair, all with the client's convenience in mind, not the tech's.
  
  I don't think she even understands that I am a potential future customer, however, with the way that I have been so inconvenienced & made to feel as though my repair is unimportant because it is a warranty (low pay) repair or I live 'out of the way' or 'I'm the only job her tech has in my area' or that her tech's phone number is not left for me to contact him if I've missed his call due to previous problems with other customer's abusing his phone number' or this or that. She seems to make excuses for her techs unprofessional behavior & is losing potential business over it.
  
  This has not been resolved & we are going on 5 months time. Smh!
  
  I will NEVER recommend this company. Save yourself the hassle.
