  This is the first time on my life I felt the need of a financial advisor and a big reason for that was Shad. Once he explained how we can make either small or large contribution per month and lead to a huge nest egg at retirement. Once he showed me all the number is a layman's terms, the decision process was easy. I have asked all my friends and family members to consult with Shad (which is FREE), but I recommend Shad to anyone reading this review. Very happy with the entire interaction with Shad and his staff.
